Notice of MHCBC 2021 AGM

To MH Conservative Bowls Club Member,

In accordance with MHCBC Constitution, a cordial invitation is extended to MH Conservative Bowls Club Members to attend the Annual General Meeting of MH Conservative Bowls Club to be held in the Function Room on Thursday 16th Dec 2021.

This meeting will commence at 7:00pm. Your attendance at the club’s AGM is important.

In accordance with our constitution, the following positions on the Committee are required to be filled:

  • President.
  • Chairman
  • Secretary.
  • Treasurer.
  • Fixture & Competition Secretary.
  • Club Captain.
  • Club Vice-Captain.
  • Roll Up Secretary
  • 4 Committee Members.

Nominations Forms for the Committee Positions with be posted on the noticeboard

Nomination forms and additional details will also be e-mail to the Club Members.

Notices of motions and resolutions for discussion at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than 9th December 2021.  The agenda for the AGM will be posted one week before the meeting and only matters on the agenda can be discussed.
